This site is a private initiative of Donatien de Dase (of course nickname). It can be considered as a private exposition of my work, so be my guest. You're my guest, and that's how I will treat you: with respect. However, please bear in mind that the it is a privilege to be granted access to this site, it is never a right!

This Privacy Statement was created to explain why we collect what information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our Web site. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, and will post any new privacy policy here, and inform all our members by mailing. Some areas of my Site request or require you to provide your contact information (such as your name and email address). Your contact information may be used to communicate with you and keep you posted about changes of the Site (update of the content) and material changes in the Site's policies. We may also send you information other offers that we consider as reasonable and interesting. We will not sell, share or rent any contact information collected from you except as disclosed in this Privacy Statement. All contact information provided to the Site is maintained on our secure servers by a professional hosting company.

Demographic Information.

However, right now this site is pure and free and we have no partner sites, so we only use the free service of statcounter.com (which is very limited), but with this paragraph, we reserve us the right to change this in the sense as mentioned above.

Internet Protocol Address.

Right now we keep no other track than the latest hundred hits via StatCounter.com, and we keep no further logging. However we preserve us the right in the future to collect an IP address from all visitors to our Site. We will use your IP address for purposes of traffic analysis.

Other.

We may disclose your personal information in special cases if required to do so by law, court order or other government or law enforcement authority; or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is otherwise necessary or advisable, including, for instance, to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering with the rights or property myself, my friends or relatives, my companies, another user or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
